Iron & Grain Leather Company started at our small dining room table in 2016. We would create small leather accessories at our dining room table and then we would clear it off to eat dinner that night. Becca and I were both working full-time jobs at the time and we became committed to figuring out how to get more time with our family. Little did we know that our small side-hustle was the beginning of that transition for us. Family still remains the driving force behind every business decision that we make. So it’s still just us, Becca and Alex, building leather goods at our home - except now we've moved from the dining room table to a full workshop out back!
