HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER:
It’s easy!
1.) Select the color, and any other options associated with the product you want.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
YES! All of our products are designed and handmade right here in Pensacola, Fl! There will be very slight and subtle variations between each product. That’s the beauty of handmade items. :) We are not amazon; it is literally My Wife and I building each one of these orders. We’ve been doing it for several years now and we absolutely love what we do!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY PRODUCT?
The processing time for each one of our products varies...but generally we make each product and ship it between 2-5 business days. During busy seasons it may take a little longer, so make sure you’re prepared for that! (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and of course Christmas!)
WHERE CAN I FIND IDEAS FOR WHAT I WANT ON MY PRODUCT(S)?
You can browse through our site, or go check out our Instagram page @ironandgrainleatherco. We try to keep it updated with product (except when we’re really busy making stuff)!
If you’re looking to personalize your product with coordinates, we recommend using gps-coordinates.net. You just type in an address or location and it gives you the coordinates.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are set up to accept all Credit card and Pay Pal payments.

In the event that *WE make an error with your product we will gladly remake your item and ship it out immediately! Otherwise, we don’t accept refunds, as these items are personalized.
